Thank you for visiting and shopping at Finolo. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 - 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note that order processing time is separate from the shipping time you see at checkout.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options for the United States:

Standard Shipping:

Estimated Delivery Time: 7 - 15 business days

Shipping Cost: $5.99 (Free for orders over $49.00)

Expedited Shipping:

Estimated Delivery Time: 3 - 7 business days

Shipping Cost: $14.99

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs clearance or holidays.

3. Shipping Destinations
We currently only offer shipping to the United States. We do not ship to any other international countries or regions at this time.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will be active within 24 - 48 hours. You can track your package via our tracking page or the carrier's official website.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Finolo is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
